It is quite thought provoking that the Pakistan is still lagging behind in literacy race and ranks at the lowest ratio in Higher Education even in the new millennium which warrants incredible efforts to improve the literacy percentage and development of curriculum according to the modern trends. The provisions of the "Education Sector Reforms: Strategic Plan 2001-2004" and the "National Education Policy 1998-2010" of the Government of Pakistan highlight the importance of higher education encourage the private sector to come forward to cope with the surging demand of higher education and take initiative to meet the challenge, in this perspective; the establishment of Imperial College of Business Studies Lahore in private sector is encouraging and applauding. So it is remarkable that Imperial College of Business Studies Lahore, from private sector, is contributing to increase the percentage of literacy of higher education in the society. It is a matter of great pride that Imperial College of Business Studies Lahore Degree Awarding Institute is a center of excellence occupies the most prestigious place in the galaxy of national Institutions. Its importance has grown over the years because of the challenging arduous tasks it has been called upon to face---tasks engineered by the relentless logic of history and the stern dynamics of social change. It is a seat of highest learning in the true sense of term and not an assemblage or dubious mediocrities. It has dominant emphasis on quality of instruction and quality of subject taught and quality of students. It has geared to the needs of dynamic society by embracing the new technology and researches.
