Convocation 2010

The fifth convocation of ICBS was held on January 2nd, 2010 in its new purpose-built campus in Izmir Society. It was a new year’s gift and over 150 graduates of MBA, EMBA and BBA (Honors)/BBA were awarded degrees while graduates achieving distinction were awarded gold medals and shields.

The Convocation had three distinguished guests, the Patron ICBS and Honorable Governor of Punjab, Mr. Salman Taseer, Ms. Shahnaz Wazir Ali, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on the Social Sector, and Dr. S. Sohail H. Naqvi, Executive Director of the HEC. The governor delivered the Convocation Address while the Executive Director, HEC was the Keynote Speaker. Dr. F. Jawad Seyyed, Chairman Board of Governors ICBS, Dr. Azmat A. Syed, Rector and the faculty and staff were present. A large number of parents and guests made the convocation a festive and memorable event for all. The convocation was widely covered by national press and television.
