 System Technology (Honors)

BS (Hons) IST at ICBS requires the completion of 127 credit hours of course work. The normal duration of this program is 4 years. However, the degree program can be finished earlier by enrolling in above normal course load. APTECH students with ACCP certification will be given a maximum credit of 70 hours. A minimum of 57 hours (19 courses) regardless of waivers for courses done at APTECH or elsewhere must be done at ICBS. The degree will be awarded when the students have met the normal graduation requirements including a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.00 at ICBS and ACCP certification from APTECH Worldwide, USA.

All students (including those from APTECH) seeking admission in the BS (Hons) IST at ICBS must meet the normal admission requirements of ICBS this includes the entrance examination and a personal interview. To be eligible for admission, a student must have passed FA/FSc / A- Level or equivalent.

ICBS is pleased to announce a special subsidized fee structure for this program as follows:

 Application & registration fee:     Rs. 3,500

Per course fee:                            Rs.5,000

Graduation fee:                           Rs.1,500

This arrangement does not imply the affiliation of APTECH with ICBS. Based on academic assessment of ACCP, ICBS has validated this international certification as being equivalent to 70 credit hours of the ICBS’ BS (Hons) in Information Systems Technology program.
